About IESASP

An Integrator backed by a team with a 30-year operational track record, IESASP converts unstructured physical systems into highly regulated financial, energy, and environmental assets. We counteract the disorder inherent in developing-macro-structures using our proprietary EAVC (Energy-Anchored Value Consensus) standard, CMF (Consensus Mosaic Framework) architecture, and P-A-D (Primal-Analog-Derivative) toolkit.

Who We Are

Using the EAVC (Energy-Anchored Value Consensus) as its standard, IESASP organizes funding, technology, equipment, facilities, services, and long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) to fulfill specific demands — whether from urban upgrading needs, or resource management challenges.

Each project begins with a demand. IESASP applies the PAD methodology — Primal, Analogy, Derivative — to understand that demand precisely, then organizes the right specialists, capitals, and operational systems to fulfill it. The entire lifecycle is governed by EAVC evaluation standards.

Over the past thirty years, IESASP and its strategic partners have operated a layered framework(Primal, Analogical, and Derivative) to support Evidence-based decision-making and system-wide operations, and to manage the allocation of resources and assets for demand-side and related stakeholder parties. On this basis, the system integrates a decentralized ledger mechanism to enable multi-party data recording, verification, and consensus-based distribution. Within a consistent framework aligned with standards of resource and Law of Conservation of Energy, this architecture ensures structured service delivery across integrated systems and full-lifecycle operations and maintenance (O&M), forming a source of revenue for IESASP.

Our Vision

To implement demand-driven projects in post-industrial cities that exhibit a high degree of compatibility with EAVC, CMF, and verifiable decentralized derivative standards.

Toolkits-(P-A-D)

Demand-Driven Situational Awareness Tool (P)

Equipment designed to acquire high-density, highly correlated, and multi-dimensional primal signals based on demand. It gathers massive amounts of demand-driven, mutually verifiable information and uses anomaly data to trigger the system.

Demand-Driven Analog Information Base (A)

A demand-constructed, correlated spatio-temporal knowledge and information base. It converts the anomalous information uploaded during the P-stage into standardized analog benchmarks.

Demand-Linked Derivative Product Framework (D)

Based on the EAVC framework and maximum probability values, this stage utilizes the horizontal division of labor within the CMF to transform the energy information acquired in the P and A stages into a series of derivative products with legal, financial, and technical attributes.

Philosophical Roots

Grounded in eco-philosophy — the coexistence of humans and nature — and systems theory.

Work With IESASP

If you have a demand — whether a government policy requirement, an urban upgrading challenge, or a resource management need — IESASP can organize the consensus.
